Assembly Instructions

1. The end-caps are numbered -- #2 and #3. The #2 end-cap is the feed water end. The #3 end-cap is the product and waste-water end.
2. The #3 end-cap comes comes pre-installed. Do not remove.
3. Load the membrane with the brine-seal end last. You may need to lubricate the brine seal so that it slides in easily.
4. Attach the "O" rings to the end-cap. You may need to lubricate the "O" rings so that the end-cap slides in easily
5. Install the #2 end-cap so that the #2 on it aligns with the #2 on the end of the housing.
6. The center hole on the #2 end-cap is not used so insert the plug into it.
7. The side hole on the #2 end-cap is the feed water inlet.
8. The center hole on the #3 end-cap is for the product water. The side hole on the #3 end-cap is for the waste water.
